After glass explosion shower repair

This large-sized acrylic shower tray has suffered damage after glass doors exploded during installation. It would be an enormous lot of work (and waste of a broken tray, and tiles) to replace the shower tray at this stage, but it took only a few hours to repair it by Eager Beaver. The affected places were filled and leveled and all the shower base was prepared for recoating with an acrylic resin. The surroundings were then carefully masked to protect them from overspray. After the coatings dried, the entire shower tray was polished for smoothness and a beautiful gloss level. The job was finished with sealant application around the edges. Refinished in hours, fully warrantied for years of service.
